Before Buildplus I would have to send my subcontractors multiple payments spread out over a couple of days to avoid hitting electronic transfer limits.

Now I can send one payment and be done. That convenience combined with the fact that payments are automatically tracked back to the right subcontract makes Buildplus a very elegant solution.

FAQs

Buildplus supports two types of electronic payments: ACH (Automated Clearing House) and RTP (Real Time Payments). Both allow fast, secure transfers between bank accounts, eliminating paper checks and reducing the risk of lost, delayed, or bounced payments.

Real Time Payments (RTP) typically complete within seconds when sent to participating banks. ACH payments generally take 1–3 business days depending on processing times and cutoff schedules. Check payments can take 5–7 business days or longer, depending on mailing time and when the recipient deposits the check.

We will always communicate clearly and promptly if there are any issues with your transactions.

No problem. Every project wallet has a unique account and routing number. Your client can pay via check or ACH outside of Buildplus, and the payment will still be tracked automatically when it arrives in the project wallet.
