You're in control and there's no magic. Cost to complete is calculated based on your project budget. We look at the estimated amount, and adjust the budget dynamically as you accept subcontracts, create change orders and incur expenses that may be outside of the initial scope of work.

What if the cost of the job changes?

Buildplus recognizes that change is inevitable in construction. We track the history of each budget scope of work so that you always know why numbers may be changing. When you issue change orders we notify all parties to keep everyone up to date.
